• Future contact regarding home service requests

On the form, choose the request type that best matches your request, such as:

• Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
• Revoke TCPA Consent
• Do Not Contact Request
• Marketing Opt Out
• CPRA / California Privacy Request
• Other Legal Request

Please provide enough information for HSRC to identify and process your request.

If you receive text messages, you may be able to opt out by replying with a standard opt-out word such as:

• STOP
• END
• CANCEL
• UNSUBSCRIBE
• QUIT
• OPT OUT

After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message where permitted by law.

Please include the phone number you want added to the do-not-contact list.

HSRC may share information with service providers, contractors, call centers, marketing partners, or other businesses to help respond to your request or for other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Response timing may depend on:

• Whether the request contains enough information
• Whether the request relates to HSRC, a partner, or a third-party service provider

Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law, including records needed for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or opt-out suppression.

Opting out may limit certain communications, marketing, or data uses. However, HSRC may still process information where permitted by law, including to:

• Complete or respond to your request
• Maintain suppression lists
• Comply with legal obligations
• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Maintain records of consent or opt-out status
• Send non-marketing or legally permitted communications

If your information has already been shared with an independent third-party contractor, service provider, call center, or partner, that third party may maintain its own records and communication practices.
